When you place an order: your name (optional), phone number (required, so we can reach you about your order), email address (optional), the items and quantities you ordered, your chosen payment method, and - for bank transfers - the reference you submit so we can confirm payment.
We don't require an account, we don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we don't collect any payment card details ourselves - mobile money payments, once enabled, are handled directly by MTN Mobile Money / Airtel Money, not stored on our server.
Solely to process your order, contact you if there's a question about it, and let you look up its status with your tracking code. Order records are kept for basic accounting and customer-service purposes.
A session cookie is used only when our staff log into the admin panel - it's not set for ordinary visitors. Your browser also remembers your most recent order-tracking code locally, purely as a convenience so you don't have to retype it. See our FAQ for more.
We don't sell or share your data for marketing. Once mobile money is enabled, your payment details for that transaction go directly to MTN or Airtel to process the charge.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about your order at any time - contact us using the details below.
